Marner scored a power-play goal and dished a pair of assists, one while shorthanded, in Monday's 6-2 win over the Kraken.
EDGE Analysis
Marner plays in all situations, and he did so to great effect Monday. He helped out on a Michael Bunting goal in the first period, scored one himself in the second and then fed David Kampf in the third. Marner was held off the scoresheet in his last two games, but he had posted seven multi-point efforts in the eight contests before that. The 24-year-old is up to 17 tallies, 43 points (13 on the power play, three shorthanded), 112 shots on net and a plus-13 rating in 37 contests overall.
