Niklas Backstrom saved all 37 shots he faced in a 1-0 victory Thursday. It was Backstrom's third shutout of the season and the 25th of his career. Josh Harding's solid play this season has eaten into Backstrom's playing time and that might prevent Backstrom from reaching the 25-win mark for the fourth time in his career.
