Evgeni Malkin has no plans to play in the KHL once the final two years on his NHL deal with Pittsburgh have expired.
When asked about his future plans, Malkin left no doubt by saying "(I) can't say what will happen. I want to play in (the) NHL. Two years left on (my) contract, but I want to play in (the) NHL." When the conversation turned to whether he intended remain with the Penguins, the reigning Art Ross and Hart Trophy winner stated clearly "" play for Pittsburgh for two more years. Of course, I hope more. Many more."
