Evgeni Malkin comes into the 2013 NHL season not just as the reigning Hart Trophy, Ted Lindsay Award and Art Ross Trophy winner, but also with an impressive KHL stat line from his campaign in Russia.

Malkin put up 23 goals and 42 assists for 65 points in just 37 games in the most competitive league outside North America. He led the KHL in points-per-game and collected 58 penalty minutes and a +23 rating as well. Malkin is a sure bet to dominate the NHL again if healthy.
