Corey Perry needed Anaheim Ducks trainers to help him get off the ice after he fell awkwardly during Tuesday's game versus the Los Angeles Kings. Stay tuned for updates about Perry's health status. Perry scored his 12th goal of the 2011-12 season, so there have been signs that he is picking up his game again. Hopefully this isn't too big of an issue for the 2011 Hart Trophy winner.
