Claude Giroux is disappointed with his start to the 2013 season, but feels he has plenty of time to turn things around.
"It's been up and down," said the 25-year-old captain. "Personally, I think I can play better. It's just a process right now. We're getting everyone on the same system. There's a lot of hockey left to play." He has notched three goals and three assists in 10 games. Tuesday's contest with Tampa Bay marked the third time this year that he has failed to register a shot on goal. That happened only once in 87 games last season, including the playoffs. Giroux should round into form for the struggling Flyers in the near future.
