Coyle led all Boston forwards in TOI (19:00) and also scored a power-play goal in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to St. Louis in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals.
EDGE Analysis
With Boston enjoying a 5-on-4 man advantage, Coyle capitalized on a prime scoring opportunity from the high slot by blasting a quick shot by Blues goaltender Jordan Binnington, off a nice pass from Jake DeBrusk. The power-play marker gives the Bruins forward 13 points through 19 postseason contests.

Coyle finished with two goals, including the game-winner, as Boston defeated Columbus 3-2 in overtime in Game 1 of the best-of-seven series Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Coyle is now up to five goals in these playoffs, seven shy of his regular season total. First, the 27-year-old tied the game after Columbus had taken the lead with two goals over a 13-second span in the third. Coyle then scored his second of the evening in overtime, sending the Boston faithful home happy. He also dished out three hits in the win.

Coyle scored a power-play goal but it wasn't enough, as Toronto defeated Boston 3-2 in Game 3 of the best-of-seven series Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Coyle capped off a five-goal second period with his second in as many games, cutting the deficit to one with 38 seconds left in the second period. Unfortunately for the visitors, that's as close as they would get, with neither team able to score over the final 20 minutes. Coyle will now look to make it three straight games with a goal when the teams reconvene for Game 4 on Wednesday.

Coyle threw a game-high seven hits during Thursday's 4-1 loss in Game 1 to the Maple Leafs.
EDGE Analysis
That ties a career-high for Coyle as well -- he had seven hits during a 2015 playoff game against the Blackhawks when he was a member of the Wild. Unfortunately for the B's, Coyle's physical play couldn't turn the game around as they dropped Game 1 of the series.

Coyle built a three-game point streak with an assist in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
After only two points in his first 13 games with the B's, the Massachusetts-native has found the score sheet in his last three games. Coyle -- and the rest of the Bruins depth -- has found a new gear as the team gets healthy. Although head coach Bruce Cassidy shuffled the lines throughout the game, Coyle remained as the third line center with second unit power-play time. With the top six providing almost all of the offense, Coyle won't have much of an offensive impact going forward.

Coyle deflected in a goal during the final minutes of a 4-3 loss to the Jets on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
It was Coyle's first in a Bruins sweater and his first goal in general since Feb. 5, ending a 16-game goal drought. Prior to Thursday's game, Coyle was moved up to the second line with David Krejci after a slew of injuries to the B's top six and rewarded the promotion with a goal. He now has 30 points in 70 games this season.

Coyle is in line to work on a trio with Peter Cehlarik and David Krejci when the Bruins face Columbus on Tuesday, Eric Russo of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Injuries to Jake DeBrusk (foot) and Marcus Johansson (lung contusion) have opened up a top-six opportunity for Coyle, who finally logged his first point (through eight games) in a Boston uniform Sunday night against the Penguins. Coyle is definitely capable of picking up the scoring pace, however, and an opportunity to play with a quality playmaker like Krejci could help spark that.

Coyle earned a helper in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Penguins.
EDGE Analysis
The assist was Coyle's first in a Bruins uniform, coming in his eighth game with his new team. He added three shots and three blocked shots, doing his best to help on both sides of the ice. Coyle has 20 points (10 goals, 19 assists) over 68 games between the Bruins and Wild this season.

Coyle scored in the shootout for the Bruins in his Boston debut Saturday. The Bruins lost 2-1 to the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
We like Coyle in Boston. There's something about breaking the frigid cold of a Minnesota winter to activate your touch. See if he is on the wire.
