Robey-Coleman was placed on the Lions' practice squad COVID-19 list Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
The cornerback was active for the first time this season in Week 14 against the Broncos, making four tackles while playing 59 defensive snaps. Robey-Coleman will now enter the league's COVID-19 protocols, keeping him out of commission for at least the near future.

Robey-Coleman was released by the Lions on Tuesday, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robey-Coleman found himself on the outside looking in after a couple of undrafted rookies in AJ Parker and Jerry Jacobs made names for themselves in the preseason. However, after logging seven straight seasons with at least 550 defensive snap, Robey-Coleman should easily find a spot with a more competitive team that might place less of an emphasis on developing younger players.

The Lions are signing Robey-Coleman on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robey-Coleman managed 44 tackles (37 solo) across 15 games with the Eagles last season, in addition to one defensed pass, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. The 29-year-old veteran will bring valuable experience to Detroit's relatively young cornerback group.

The Eagles activated Robey-Coleman (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robey-Coleman missed Philadelphia's regular-season finale against Washington after testing positive for COVID-19, but he's now gained full medical clearance and can return to team facilities. The veteran cornerback managed 44 tackles (37 solo), one defended pass, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery during 15 appearances in 2020. He's now set to become an unrestricted free agent.

Robey-Coleman was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list after testing positive for the virus, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robey-Coleman won't play in Sunday's season finale against Washington; his 2020 season is over. His absence leaves Philadelphia's secondary depth in a bind, as Michael Jacquet (calf) is questionable, leaving just Darius Slay and Grayland Arnold as the only healthy cornerbacks. Blake Countess, Rudy Ford and Elijah Riley are all options to fill in from the safety position.

Robey-Coleman logged 10 tackles (seven solo), half a sack and both recovered and forced a fumble in Sunday's 33-26 loss to Arizona.
EDGE Analysis
Robey-Coleman doubled the season-high in tackles that he had set the previous week. His biggest play of the game, however, was taking part in a strip-sack of Kyler Murray with Michael Jacquet in the third quarter. As Jacquet took Murray down, the 28-year-old punched the ball out and recovered it himself at the Arizona 21. The Eagles would score their second touchdown of the game just five plays later.

Robey-Coleman agreed to a one-year contract with the Eagles on Wednesday, Jordan Schultz of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 28-year-old logged 36 tackles and two forced fumbles in 16 games (including three starts) for the Rams last season. He'll add depth to Philadelphia's cornerback corps, but Robey-Coleman is unlikely to be a factor in most IDP leagues.

The Rams have informed Robey Coleman that they won't exercise his contract option for 2020, Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
A cap hit of $4.5 million seems like a bargain for one of the better slot corners in the league, but the Rams have been forced into tough decisions after giving out big contracts to Jared Goff, Todd Gurley, Brandin Cooks, Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey in recent years. The team's offseason losses so far include Robey-Coleman, DL Michael Brockers and ILB Cory Littleton. It shouldn't take long for NRC to find a new home.

Robey-Coleman finished with 36 tackles, seven pass breakups and two forced fumbles over 16 games in 2019.
EDGE Analysis
Robey-Coleman was impressive in coverage this year, as he allowed 6.3 yards per target, 25.3 yards per game and one touchdown. The 27-year-old corner has two more years on his contract at $5.25 million per season, and barring a free-agent or draft acquisition, he's in line for another consistent workload in 2020.
