Thomas has to report to the team at least 30 days before the start of the season for the upcoming season to count as an accrued season, so there's not much chance of this being a lingering issue. At most, Thomas will be delayed in his training and not be ready for some preseason games, but Thomas is already too good to be useful as a preseason DFS option.
