When asked if Breida has earned more touches going forward, coach Sean McDermott replied, "yes," Nick Wojton of the USA Today reports.
EDGE Analysis
McDermott's brief answer doesn't provide any specific insight into how that will translate into Breida's workload Thursday against the Saints, but over the Bills' last two games, he's provided enough of a spark with his limited touches that it would seem logical the speedster gets a chance to build off that in Week 12. However, the continued presence of Devin Singletary and Zack Moss in Buffalo's backfield makes Breida a hit-or-miss lineup consideration, though he is an option for those presently scrambling for backfield help due to injuries or byes.

Breida rushed five times for 51 yards and caught one of two targets for 16 yards in Sunday's 41-15 loss to Indianapolis.
EDGE Analysis
Breida was by far Buffalo's best running back, finishing with 67 scrimmage yards while Devin Singletary and Zack Moss combined for just 48 yards on nine touches. While Breida's increased role of late is intriguing, his workload will remain limited as long as the Bills continue to rotate three running backs, and Breida's no higher than third in the pecking order for goal-line rushing attempts behind Moss and quarterback Josh Allen. Up next for Breida and the Bills will be a road game in New Orleans on Thanksgiving.

Breida rushed three times for 28 yards and a touchdown while catching all three of his targets for 22 yards and another touchdown in Sunday's 45-17 win over the Jets, but he also lost a fumble.
EDGE Analysis
Even with both Devin Singletary and Zack Moss (concussion) active, Breida got in on the fun against a Jets defense that has been the worst in the league when it comes to defending running backs. While all three members of Buffalo's backfield rotation got into the end zone, Breida managed to do so twice. He hauled in a 15-yard touchdown to cap the Bills' opening drive and later ran one in from 15 yards out in the third quarter. Moss's limitations in practice while he recovered from the concussion opened up an opportunity for Breida to get more reps during the week and larger involvement in the game plan, but it remains to be seen if that trend continues in Week 11 against the Colts.

Breida is active for Sunday's game against the Jets, Chris Jenkins of the Bills' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Breida active for the first time since Week 2, the Bills will have four running backs (Devin Singletary, Zack Moss, Breida and Taiwan Jones) available Sunday. Moss had been in the NFL's concussion protocol before being cleared Saturday, so Breida gives the team some added depth in the event that Moss suffers any setbacks or is limited in any way versus the Jets.

Breida (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's game at Tennessee.
EDGE Analysis
Breida will be a healthy scratch for the fourth straight game heading into Buffalo's Week 7 bye. Taiwan Jones will be the reserve backfield option behind Zack Moss and Devin Singletary.

Breida (coach's decision) is listed as inactive Sunday at Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
Since playing 12 offensive snaps and 17 more plays on special teams between Weeks 1 and 2, Breida has been a healthy scratch for three straight games. With Breida taking in the contest from the sideline, Devin Singletary and Zack Moss will split the running back work, while Taiwan Jones (hamstring) operates on special teams.

Breida is inactive for Sunday's game against Houston, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Breida was given a surprise nod over Zack Moss in the Bils' opener. He didn't do much with the opportunity (four yards on four carries) and wasn't given the ball in Week 2. He's now been made inactive the last two games, meaning his value is shot unless something happens to Moss or Devin Singletary.

Breida (coach's decision) is inactive Week 3 against the Washington Football Team.
EDGE Analysis
Breida served as the No. 2 running back in the season opener against Pittsburgh and carried the ball four times, but his role significantly diminished Week 2 against Miami. The Bills activated Zack Moss for that contest, and Breida effectively saw more work on special teams than the offensive side, registering just two snaps on offense. He'll now sit out Week 3 entirely, leaving the backfield to Devin Singletary and Moss, with special teamer Taiwan Jones also on hand.

Breida only saw two offensive snaps and did not record a carry in Sunday's win at Miami.
EDGE Analysis
Zack Moss was back in the mix after being a healthy scratch in Week 1. While Moss fumbled the ball once, he also scored two touchdowns and certainly looked better than Breida did with his Week 1 carries. Barring injury to Moss or starter Devin Singletary, Breida can safely be ignored again in most formats until further notice.

Breida rushed four times for just four yards and was not targeted in the passing game in Sunday's loss to the Steelers.
EDGE Analysis
Breida received a surprise promotion -- at least for one week -- when the Bills made Zack Moss a healthy inactive, for reasons still not yet fully known. Moss was a high draft pick and had a promising rookie season, so we imagine he'll be back in uniform sooner rather than later. Breida did nothing Sunday to merit a bigger role longer term. He only saw the field for 10 offensive snaps compared to Devin Singletary's 64.
