LaDainian Tomlinson (calf) has been listed as probable for Week 6 after turning in another full practice Saturday. Tomlinson will be active against the Dolphins. With just seven touches in his past two games, however, he's a poor bye week fill-in for players in deeper PPR leagues.

LaDainian Tomlinson (calf) practiced fully on Friday. Tomlinson will likely be listed as probable on Saturday's final Jets injury report. In his last two games, Tomlinson has just 11 touches for 16 yards.

LaDainian Tomlinson was added to Thursday's injury report as limited with a calf problem. Any time a new injury shows up on Thursday, it leads us to believe that it popped up during practice. Coach Rex Ryan does expect Tomlinson to play this week, though he's not a fantasy option with 3-of-5 games under 20 yards this season.

LaDainian Tomlinson rushed just twice for 13 yards and added one reception for two yards against the Patriots in Week 5. Tomlinson was targeted on just one of Mark Sanchez's 26 attempts, and he wasn't a major part of the renewed emphasis on power running. LT is averaging 55 yards from scrimmage heading into Week 6 against the Dolphins, but he's now had three stink bombs mixed in with two quality performances.

LaDainian Tomlinson carried the ball three times for -3 yards in Sunday's loss to the Ravens, adding just one catch for four yards. After getting off to a hot start last season, Tomlinson has been sluggish through his first four games of 2011, tallying just 259 yards from scrimmage. Only 59 of those have come on the ground, putting the league's one time best back on pace to rush for just 236 yards. He remains a flex option in deeper PPR leagues, but little else.

LaDainian Tomlinson carried the ball six times for 38 yards and added five receptions for 116 yards and a touchdown in Week 3 against the Raiders. Tomlinson was brilliant as a receiver out of the backfield, leading the team in reception yardage and serving as Mark Sanchez's safety valve throughout the evening. His highlights included a 74-yard screen pass during which he shed two tacklers and came up just short of the endzone, and a 18-yard reception on a beautiful route out of the backfield. There won't be a full compliment of carries as the Jets' third-down specialist, but LT can still be played as a flex in deep PPR leagues. Just don't expect a performance like today's anytime soon.

LaDainian Tomlinson managed just eight yards rushing on six carries in the Jets' 32-3 win over Jacksonville in Week 2. He hauled in just one pass for 7 yards. LT saw time early in the game as a third-down specialist, and was targeted just twice in the passing game. He dropped his second target, a pass that a vintage LT would have not only caught but converted into a big first-down. Joe McKnight was lackluster in garbage time rushing, and it looks like the two would split carries if Shonn Greene ever missed extended time.

LaDainian Tomlinson was the Jets' leading receiver in Sunday's win over the Cowboys, hauling in six catches for 73 yards. Tomlinson did nothing on the ground, rushing five times for 16 yards, but turned four separate Mark Sanchez dump-offs or screen passes into first downs. Definitely a nice night, but also one that speaks to his nearly nonexistent value in standard leagues. LT will be a third-down specialist in 2011 and nothing more.

LaDainian Tomlinson managed just 16 yards on nine rushes against the Bengals in the Jets' second preseason game. The Jets couldn't establish a ground attack with Shonn Greene (skin infection) out of the lineup. Tomlinson looks a step slower at age 32, showing no burst through the hole. Don't expect more value than a flex option for PPR leagues this season.

Coach Rex Ryan insists LaDainian Tomlinson "can still be an every-down back," and would take over as the Jets' primary runner in the event of a Shonn Greene injury. "If something were to happen to Shonn on a regular basis, then L.T. would go in there," said Ryan. Ryan did concede that, "it fit us better that (Tomlinson) would be in more of a third-down specialist, a reserve back, and let Shonn take the brunt of the snaps." Still, this confirms that Tomlinson remains No. 2 on the depth chart, well ahead of Joe McKnight and rookie Bilal Powell.
