Britt will concede his starting role to Corey Coleman (hand) on Sunday against the Jaguars, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Britt saw semi-consistent work over the seven weeks Coleman was on the shelf, but was also limited by knee and groin issues over that time. He didn't carry an injury designation heading into Week 11, but it looks like the 29-year-old Britt won't suddenly see his role expand any time soon. Further complicating the matter is the pending return of Josh Gordon (suspension), who will be allowed to resume practicing next week. Though he did find the endzone in Week 10, Britt was hardly a consistent fantasy performer when healthy, and is currently trending in the wrong direction.

Britt (knee) doesn't carry an injury designation heading into Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
As has been the case throughout the week, Britt was only a limited participant in Friday's practice, but that won't put him in jeopardy of missing the Week 11 contest. After suiting up but not seeing any snaps in the Browns' Week 8 loss to the Vikings, Britt reentered the game plan following Cleveland's bye to play 55 snaps Week 10 against the Lions, corralling two of three targets for 38 yards and a touchdown. That performance isn't likely to translate to a dramatic spike in Britt's target volume Sunday, however, especially with Corey Coleman (hand) returning from injured reserve and expected to serve as the Browns' top wideout right away.

Britt (knee) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
With two limited practices to kick off the week, Britt appears in line to play Sunday against the Jaguars, but he'll be hard pressed to reach the end zone for a second consecutive game. In addition to facing a staunch Jacksonville pass defense, Britt will drop down a spot on the depth chart with fellow wideout Corey Coleman (hand) activated from injured reserve and expected to earn a full workload this week. Furthermore, Sunday's forecast in Cleveland calls for snow, wind and cold temperatures, according to Patrick Maks of the Browns' official site, which could lead the Browns to opt for a run-heavy offensive attack.

Britt (knee) was limited at Wednesday's practice, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Britt has been on the injury report for much of the season, including last week when he was also limited at Wednesday's practice but returned to full participation by Friday. He caught two of three targets for 38 yards and a score in Sunday's 38-24 loss to the Lions, but the solid showing may have been a case of too little too late, with Corey Coleman (hand) expected back for Sunday's nightmare matchup against the Jacksonville defense.

Britt grabbed two of three targets for 38 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 38-24 loss to the Lions.
After not finding the field in Week 8, Britt bounced back a bit against the Lions when quarterback DeShone Kizer connected with him on a short pass that required a nice juke move from the 29-year-old for Cleveland's first touchdown of the day. He hauled in just one other pass over the remainder of the game, but it was still nonetheless one of his more productive outings as a member of the Browns. The nine-year veteran has just 12 catches for 166 yards and two touchdowns this season.

Britt (knee) no longer carries a Week 10 injury designation after practicing fully Friday.
Britt was limited Wednesday and Thursday, but is now on track to be available Sunday against the Lions. How much of a role he plays this week remains to be seen, with a wait-and see approach in order after the wideout suited up in Week 8, but did not take the field. Overall, the 29-year-old has logged 10 catches on 27 targets for 128 yards and a TD through five contests. The Browns were no doubt hoping for more when they signed Britt to a four-year, $32.5 million deal back in March.

Britt was limited in Wednesday's practice due to a knee issue.
Britt's knee ailment is seemingly a new injury, as the team is returning from its bye week. The fact that Britt practiced in some fashion is a positive sign for his Week 10 status, although his health may not be the determining factor whether he plays or not. The 29-year-old was active in Week 8 versus the Vikings but didn't see the field, with head coach Hue Jackson choosing to bench Britt after continuous disappointing outings. Britt has just 10 receptions for 128 yards on the season, but he'll look to save his year -- if he sees field time -- against the Lions n Sunday.

Britt was active and fully healthy for Sunday's 33-16 loss to the Vikings, but didn't see the field during the contest, Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.
After a two-game absence due to groin and knee injuries, Britt was cleared to play in the Week 7 loss to the Titans, despite having irked head coach Hue Jackson by missing a team curfew in Houston a week earlier. Britt ended up playing 55 snaps in the game against Tennessee, but reeled in just two of five targets for seven yards. Though Britt ostensibly opened the season as the Browns' No. 1 receiver, his poor production to date coupled with the coaching staff's dissatisfaction with his off-the-field conduct likely prompted Jackson to make the veteran wideout a de facto healthy scratch Sunday. It isn't known if Britt will be similarly marginalized in the weeks to come, but even if he reclaims a sizable workload, he'll struggle to generate meaningful numbers in a weak Browns passing attack.

Britt (knee/groin) does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Vikings in London, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Britt was on the field for 75% of the Browns' snaps on offense in Week 7's loss to the Titans, but he managed just two catches for seven yards on five targets in the contest. Though the 29-year-old wideout has the experience and ability to bounce back from his spotty 2017 start, so far the Browns haven't got a whole lot of production from Britt, who the team signed to a four-year, $32.5 million deal in March. To date, he's logged just 10 catches for 128 yards and TD through five games.

Britt (knee/groin) was limited at Wednesday's practice, Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.
Britt played through the same pair of injuries in Sunday's 12-9 overtime loss to the Titans, catching two of five targets for seven yards while logging 75 percent of offensive snaps. Though he's caught only 10 of 28 targets for 128 yards, Britt has played at least 59 percent of the available snaps each time he's been active this season. His ability to practice any capacity Wednesday suggests he's on track for Sunday's game against the Vikings in London.
