Kellen Winslow is active for the Bucs' Week 4 game against the Colts. Winslow missed late-week practice time with a knee injury and was listed as questionable, but he was never in danger of sitting out this game. The Bucs' inactives are WR Sammie Stroughter, RB Allen Bradford, CB Anthony Gaitor, TE Derek Hardman, OT James Lee, TE Zach Pianalto, and DT Frank Okam.

Kellen Winslow (knee) is listed as probable for Week 4 after returning to Bucs practice Saturday. Winslow received a day of rest Friday, and is in no danger of missing Tampa Bay's Monday evening tilt with the Colts. Through three weeks, Winslow's 12 receptions are 14th amongst tight ends.

Kellen Winslow (knee) was held out of Bucs practice Friday. Winslow is routinely held of early-week practices to manage his six-times surgically repaired knee. This qualifies as an "early-week practice" because Tampa plays on Monday night. They'll release their final injury report Saturday.

Kellen Winslow was held to just 20 yards on two receptions against the Falcons in Week 3. One of Josh Freeman's throws went right through Dezmon Briscoe's hands and into the waiting arms of Winslow. He was targeted just one other time while being outproduced by rookie Luke Stocker (2 catches, 33 yards). Winslow has averaged just 32 yards the past two weeks after 66 yards in the opener.

Kellen Winslow (knee) returned to a full practice Friday, but is listed as questionable for Week 3. The questionable tag may have been precautionary by the Bucs; players who practice fully on Fridays play on Sundays about 99 percent of the time. Check back Sunday morning, but Winslow should be starting against Atlanta.

Kellen Winslow (knee) was limited in Thursday's practice. Winslow has been limited on Thursdays for years as maintenance for his surgically repaired knee. He's a top-10 fantasy play for this week's game against the Falcons.

Kellen Winslow caught four balls for 44 yards in the Bucs' Week 2 win. Winslow is sitting on a consistent, if unspectacular 10 receptions for 110 yards through two games. His big-play ability isn't what it once was, and it's not a great sign that second-year UDFA Preston Parker outproduced him with Mike Williams and Arrelious Benn struggling to get open. Consider Winslow more of a TE2 going forward. The Bucs play the Falcons next.

Kellen Winslow caught six passes for 66 yards in Sunday's loss to the Lions. Winslow's knee is as healthy as it's been in awhile and it showed. He caught six of the eight balls that came his way and remains a low-end TE1. There's just not too much excitement here as Winlsow is part of a Bucs' passing game that figures to regress this season.

CBS' Charley Casserly reports that the Bucs will be fined for impermissible offseason communication with players during the lockout. The offseason contact was rampant throughout the league. The Bucs got caught by way of phone records with seven players. One of the calls was made by head coach Raheem Morris to Kellen Winslow, congratulating "K2" on the birth of his child. Casserly reports that "several" other teams are being investigated, although it doesn't sound like anyone is in danger of losing draft picks.

Kellen Winslow (knee) was held out of practice Thursday. Get used it. The Bucs have often given Winslow a planned day of rest for his surgically repaired knee, and that will remain the case again this year. Rotoworld ranks Winslow No. 8 among fantasy tight ends for this week's game against the Lions.
