Titans promoted WR Michael Preston from the practice squad. FB Collin Mooney was waived in a corresponding move. An undrafted free agent out of small-school Heidelberg, Preston will add an extra body with Damian Williams (hamstring) out for Week 14, but shouldn't see any snaps on offense.
