Titans coach Mike Munchak confirmed Monday that Jake Locker (shoulder) is expected to start in Week 2 at San Diego. Munchak said the same after Sunday's loss to New England. The Titans' early-week confidence that Locker will be able to play through a dislocated or subluxed left (non-throwing) shoulder suggests he may not even miss any practice time. Locker finished Sunday's opener 23-of-32 for 229 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He scrambled twice for 11 yards. Locker has big-time arm talent and athleticism, and will continue to offer low-end QB1 fantasy upside against the Chargers. He's a must-start in two-quarterback leagues.
