Titans agreed to terms with RB Jalen Parmele, formerly of the Jaguars. He's replacing Jamie Harper, who was waived on Wednesday. Per the Nashville Tennessean's John Glennon, the Titans view Parmele as a better receiver and special teamer than Harper, who was used as a battering ram brute in the running game. Parmele averaged just 3.6 yards on his 40 carries last season, but the depth chart is wide open behind Chris Johnson and Shonn Greene.
