The Green Bay Press-Gazette suggests DuJuan Harris is "perhaps the best bet" among the players currently on the roster to open next season as the starting tailback.
We wouldn't bet heavily on it. The Press-Gazette concedes the Packers will have to decide if Harris has the size to be the primary back or if he's better suited to the change-of-pace role. Although Alex Green is talking as if he will a major role in 2013, the local papers believe James Starks' roster spot is far from safe at $1.3 million. The Packers will have to decide whether to take another chance on Cedric Benson or perhaps bring another free agent or draft pick.
