The Chargers are "confident in" third-year CB Shareece Wright taking over the starting spot opposite Derek Cox. The Bolts let both of last year's starters -- Quentin Jammer and Antoine Cason -- go in free agency, and only signed Cox. Wright battled a high-ankle sprain and a partial tear of an ankle ligament last season, limiting him to ten games. The former third-round pick has never started a game, and he's played just 124 defensive snaps in two seasons. San Diego is woefully thin at corner.
