After missing practice the past two weeks and earning an inactive tag once, Royal is clearly taking a cautious approach with his injured toe. If he indeed sits out again Sunday in Detroit, he could be joined by Marquess Wilson (groin), leaving Matt Barkley to work with wide receivers Cameron Meredith, Deonte Thompson, and Josh Bellamy.
