Rookie Corey Liuget has been named the Chargers starting right defensive end. It's been a formality since Liuget stood out immediately at the beginning of training camp. The Bolts' pass rusher is even more intimidating this year than last, with the explosive Liuget supplanting a mediocre Jacques Cesaire.
