Ravens re-signed exclusive rights free agent LB Josh Bynes to a one-year, $480,000 contract. Bynes, 23, appeared in ten games last season, starting three. He made 36 tackles, including the final stop in the Super Bowl. Bynes could compete for a starting job in 2013, but most likely will see most of his time on special teams.
