Mathews (tooth) practiced fully Thursday, Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Without confirmation from the Eagles or the running back himself, Mathews may have been limited by a dental procedure Wednesday, but the issue clearly won't impact his ability to play Sunday versus the Giants in New York. Moreover, he received a vote of confidence from head coach Doug Pederson this week as the team's No. 1 back, despite Darren Sproles handling most of the RB load this past Sunday in Dallas. Mathews is averaging a career-worst 3.8 YPC and has far less appeal than Sproles as a pass-catcher, though, making the former a difficult option to trust.
