Kellen Winslow (knee) was held out of practice Thursday.
Get used it. The Bucs have often given Winslow a planned day of rest for his surgically repaired knee, and that will remain the case again this year. Rotoworld ranks Winslow No. 8 among fantasy tight ends for this week's game against the Lions.
With how loaded the fantasy world is with fantasy potential this year, Kellen Winslow seems to be one of the casualties. It feels like there's just no reason to be excited about him. Just within his division, Jimmy Graham and Greg Olsen seem like much more worthy investments. Still, it seems like Winslow should have the opportunity for a big year in what appears to be a developing, improving Tampa offense. Of course, Freeman could easily regress this year, and it doesn't project to be an explosive offense.. any thoughts or hunches on Kellen, Jr.?
