Jake Locker
QB FA
Jake Locker completed 9-of-15 passes for 152 yards and managed just three yards rushing in the Titans' Week 17 win over Jacksonville.
Locker ends a disappointing, injury-riddled first season as a starter having completed 177-of-314 throws (56.4 percent) for 2,176 yards (6.93 YPA), and a 10:11 TD-to-INT ratio, adding 291 yards and a score as a runner. Although Locker flashes big-play ability from time to time, he instilled zero long-term confidence this season that he's capable of being Tennessee's franchise quarterback. Locker's accuracy remains among the league's worst and he is often uncomfortable playing from the pocket. The Titans need to bring in stiffer competition than Matt Hasselbeck this offseason.
