Huff caught one pass for five yards on two targets in Thursday's preseason game against Pittsburgh, despite getting the start for a second straight week, Martin Frank of the Delaware News Journal reports.
EDGE Analysis
In Jordan Matthews' (knee) absence, Huff got the start alongside Nelson Agholor and Chris Givens, with Rueben Randle and rookie UDFA Paul Turner also mixing in while starting quarterback Sam Bradford was still in the game. With none of the bunch -- besides Turner -- looking particularly impressive this preseason, Agholor remains the favorite to lock down a starting job on the outside. The No. 3 wideout role is still up for grabs, with the long list of candidates possibly now including recent trade acquisition Dorial Green-Beckham. While still a viable candidate for the role, Huff may also be playing for a roster spot, as the Philadelphia receiving corps is extremely muddled beyond Matthews.
