Osborn started at wide receiver and caught both his two targets for 27 yards in Saturday's preseason loss to the Colts.

EDGE Analysis

Osborn started opposite Adam Thielen with Justin Jefferson sitting out as he comes back from a shoulder injury, which shows he has a lead on the third-receiver role. Osborn also returned one punt for four yards. He's in the mix to win the punt and kickoff roles as well. Osborn has drawn rave reviews in camp, so he could have a role in the offense, but Dede Westbrook (knee) ultimately may win the No. 3 job when he gains full clearance from the torn ACL he sustained in 2020.
