Dorsey (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's tilt against the Bills.

Dorsey sat out last Thursday's game and the long week wasn't enough for him to get back to full health, though he did practice in a limited fashion. If he's held out once again look for Mike Purcell to handle the bulk of the nose tackle reps once again.
