Coach Norv Turner said defenses are yet to adjust to Danario Alexander. Over the last five weeks, Alexander has 30 catches for 494 yards and five touchdowns. "He's still seeing a lot of single coverage, a lot of matchups where he's not getting the best (defensive back)," Turner said. "He's getting the third DB, and he's taking advantage of it, and I think we're taking advantage of it." Alexander might start seeing some more coverage roll his way, but it's not a huge concern. The 6'5/217 monster has more than enough talent to overcome it.

Cobb or Danario this week?

Crap, make that Cobb, Danario, or Shorts for my 3rd WR slot? Other two spotstaken by Green and V KJax.

cobb by ranking. but none of them will disappoint, all good options for big plays.

D. Alex does well against the Panthers secondary?

Jasaks Thu 12/13/12 11:35 AM

yes. outside of their pass rush, they have a terrible D. Danario is 6'5 and is the new V-Jax. Floyd and Gates have no game-breaking speed, any/all big plays come from danario. Theyre sure as hell not going to be able to run the ball... Same goes for Cecil, you can't run against the dolphins, gotta pass. And cobb, well, he has rodgers with jordy hurt, jennings not 100%, and james jones falling out of favor.
