Chargers third-round CB Shareece Wright (ankle) was on crutches and in a boot Wednesday. Wright, who won the starting nickelback job in camp, went down on the opening kickoff of his first NFL game. Marcus Gilchrist came on in his place. The good news for the Chargers is that Quentin Jammer is going to play through a broken hand this week.
