Chargers OLB Larry English is under contract for $1.54 million in 2014. It's notable because NFLPA records list English is an unrestricted free agent. He failed to activate a clause in his rookie contract that would've voided English's deal from six years to five, however, and is now signed through 2014. The Chargers could still release English, of course, if they deem him unworthy of a $1.54 million salary. He's managed 11 sacks across 42 career games.
