Bucs MLB Mason Foster (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lions. Foster is still suffering from the effects of his Week 11 concussion and has yet to be cleared to practice. His loss is a matchup upgrade for Reggie Bush and Detroit's running game. Adam Hayward is Foster's backup.
