Broncos WLB Wesley Woodyard triggered an escalator in his contract, raising his 2013 salary from $2 million to $3 million. Woodyard signed a new two-year contract last offseason, and he answered it by posting his best season yet. Playing opposite Von Miller, Woodyard recorded 117 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and three interceptions. He graded out as Pro Football Focus' top coverage 4-3 outside linebacker. Woodyard, entering the final year of his deal, is a candidate for another extension.
