According to ProFootballTalk, Fred Davis is done for the season after tearing his left Achilles' tendon in Sunday's Week 7 game against the Giants.

It's a brutal injury for Davis. He's in the final year of his contract and was in the midst of a solid year with 23 catches for 312 yards through the first six games. Now he'll be in a race just to get healthy for 2013 training camp. The Redskins' in-house replacements include converted wideout Niles Paul and Logan Paulsen. Chris Cooley is also available on the free agent market.
