Jets declared CB Donald Strickland, CB Isaiah Trufant, C Colin Baxter, QB Kevin O'Connell, RB Bilal Powell, WR Logan Payne and DE Ropati Pitoitua inactive for Week 6 against the Dolphins. As expected, C Nick Mangold (ankle) is active and in the starting lineup for the second straight week. The fact that Baxter is amongst the inactives is a good indication Mangold's injury is a dead issue.
