ESPN Boston doesn't envision the Patriots being interested in a reunion with free agent CB Asante Samuel. The Patriots are focused on re-signing Aqib Talib. However, if he gets away, New England is going to need a starting outside corner to play opposite Alfonzo Dennard. Samuel isn't expected to be on the list of potential options. The Charlotte Observer considers the Panthers "unlikely" to sign free agent CB Asante Samuel.
