Fasano (knee) is active for Sunday's game at Pittsburgh. With only 24 receptions and four touchdowns on the year so far, Fasano is probably not starting for many fantasy teams in the fantasy playoffs, but he is available.

Fasano (knee) is officially probable Sunday's game against the Steelers. Fasano did not practice Wednesday before returning on a limited basis Thursday and Friday. He will likely play Sunday, but if not, Travis Kelce and Richard Gordon would be the Chiefs' two tight end options.

Fasano (knee) returned to a limited practice Thursday, the Chiefs' official site reports. We'll revisit Fasano's status Friday, but we'd expect him to be listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Fasano (knee) did not practice Wednesday, the Kansas City Star reports. We'll track Fasano's status as the week rolls along, but with no reported setbacks with his knee, we suspect that the veteran tight end will practice in some capacity on Thursday.

Fasano (knee) caught one pass for two yards Sunday against the Raiders. Fasano saw less snaps than his counterpart (Travis Kelce) Sunday. Kelce also serves much more purpose in the passing game than Fasano, so reduced snaps makes him less of an option than he was at the start of the season.

Fasano (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Raiders. Fasano has three scores in his last five games, and it would be four if not for a questionable penalty that negated a touchdown last week against Arizona. His knee is not a concern heading into Sunday's matchup with the Raiders, who have allowed 23 scores through the air this year (tied for 21st in the league).

Fasano (knee) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Raiders, the Chiefs' official site reports. With fellow TE Travis Kelce also in the mix, Fasano carries limited upside in the catch/yardage departments, with his fantasy utility reliant on him finding the end zone, something Fasano has done four times in 12 games thus far.

Fasano (knee) returned to a limited practice Thursday, ESPN.com reports. Given that Fasano possesses limited upside in the catch/yardage departments, he's only going to help fantasy owners out when he finds the end zone, which makes him a hit-or-miss option in TD-friendly formats.

Fasano (knee) won't practice Wednesday, BJ Kissel of the Chiefs' official site reports. We'll revisit Fasano's status Thursday, but the report notes that the tight end is day-to-day and it's plausible that his absence Wednesday was simply maintenance-related.

Fasano failed to catch a pass on one target Sunday against the Cardinals. While Fasano remains a big part of the offense as a blocker in the running game, he fails to contribute consistently as a receiving tight end. He remains behind Travis Kelce as a fantasy tight end option for Kansas City.
