Vaughn recorded 11 points (3-6 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, two assists, and one steal in 17 minutes during Wednesday's 104-100 win over the Pistons.
EDGE Analysis
Vaughn stepped up and helped fill the shoes of Jason Terry (calf) and Matthew Dellavedova (knee). Making just his 10th appearance of 2017-18, Vaughn scored in double figures for the second time. During the three games in which the 21-year-old guard has seen double-digit minutes, he is averaging 10.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.3 threes, 1.7 assists, and 1.0 steal in 18.7 minutes. He could have a chance to see similar minutes a few more times while the veteran backups in the backcourt are injured.

The Bucks opted not to exercise Vaughn's fourth-year option on Tuesday, which means he is set to become an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2018, Michael Scotto of Basketball Insiders reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vaughn was drafted 17th overall by the Bucks in the 2015 NBA Draft. The 21-year-old saw his role decline during his second year with the team, and continues to have a hard time finding the court in the early stages of the 2017-18 season. Still, he is coming off his best outing of the season, recording 12 points on 4-of-6 shooting in 20 minutes against the Hawks.

Vaughn played 21 minutes and scored 12 points in Sunday's victory over the Hawks. He made four three-pointers and also chipped in three rebounds and two assists.
EDGE Analysis
Vaughn played just four minutes over the Bucks' first five games, but he got a chance to see more action Sunday and capitalized on the opportunity. His showing won't necessarily earn him a larger role moving forward, but he figures to at least get a chance to build on it in the short term.

Vaughn will not be active for Monday's game against Charlotte, Matt Velazquez of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Even with Malcolm Brogdon (knee) out, the Bucks will keep Vaughn as an inactive and instead go with two-way signee Gary Payton, Jr. as an option off the bench. Through three games, Vaughn, a first-round pick in 2015, has logged just four total minutes.

Vaughn scored 20 points (8-18 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 1-1 FT) while adding three steals, two rebounds and two assists in 20 minutes off the bench during Monday's preseason loss to the Mavericks.
EDGE Analysis
The 17th overall pick in the 2015 draft, Vaughn has yet to make his mark in 111 NBA games, seeing limited minutes with even more limited production. Monday's performance was a great start to his camp, especially for a Bucks squad that finished in the bottom 10 last season in three-point makes and attempts, but he has a long way to go to earn a significant role in the team's backcourt rotation.

Vaughn will start at shooting guard in Wednesday's game against the Celtics, Charles F. Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
With the Bucks electing to rest both Khris Middleton and Tony Snell in the final game of the season, Rashad Vaughn will get the boost into Wednesday's starting five. In his one other start this season, Vaughn ended up playing just five minutes before being benched for the remainder of the contest, but with Milwaukee fairly light on backcourt depth Wednesday, he'll likely see some more time, especially if he gets off to a good start. However, the Bucks will also likely want to see what they have in the newly-signed Gary Payton II, so the former Oregon State standout should get some added run as well.

Vaughn logged four minutes in Monday's 112-98 win over the 76ers, recording no points and one rebound.
EDGE Analysis
Vaughn received a spot start against the Nuggets back on March 1, but he only saw five minutes in that contest and has since dropped out of the rotation in the Bucks' subsequent three contests. The second-year player likely finds himself as a low man in the pecking order in the backcourt and could head to the inactive list once Michael Beasley (knee) is healthy again.

Vaughn will start at shooting guard in Wednesday's game against the Nuggets.
EDGE Analysis
In a surprising move, head coach Jason Kidd will put the second-year player out of UNLV into the starting lineup to replace the injured Michael Beasley (knee). Vaughn's appearances have been limited this season, and he hasn't been productive even when he has seem additional minutes, so he's not a safe play in DFS on Wednesday night. Additionally, Kidd said that Middleton is still available to play around 30 minutes against Denver, meaning that Vaughn's time on the floor could be short-lived in the end.

Vaughn (illness) will be available for Friday's game against the Nuggets, C.F. Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vaughn doesn't see consistent minutes for the Bucks, playing in only 20 games so far this season, and averaging 11.5 per game when he does. Unless he starts seeing more minutes, he'll likely continue to be a fantasy non-factor.

Wed 2/1/17 8:20 PM

Vaughn is dealing with an illness and has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Jazz, C.F. Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vaughn is headed for the inactive list, as he doesn't feel well enough to take the court. He's been in and out of the rotation over the last week, playing 30 minutes on Friday against the Raptors, before being held out entirely against the Celtics on Saturday. That said, even when healthy, his fluctuation of minutes makes him a risky fantasy play and for the most part, can be ignored in everything but the deepest of leagues.
