Kyle Lowry is having tests done on his right ankle and his status is unclear for Monday's game at Utah. He did not practice on Sunday and fantasy owners might have a tough decision on their hands with a four-game week on the horizon. He was out of the walking boot a few days ago, but there has been nothing conclusive. Stay tuned.

Kyle Lowry (sprained right ankle) did not practice on Sunday and he remains day-to-day. The Raptors play four games this week and it's tough to bench an elite fantasy option like Lowry, so hopefully we'll get some good news after Monday's shootaround.

Kyle Lowry (ankle) will not play Saturday night and said the injury has been bothering him since the summer. Lowry avoided the dreaded high ankle sprain, but the fact that the injury has lingered since the summer is reason for concern. Fantasy owners shouldn't panic, but expect the Raptors to be cautious with their star point guard.

Kyle Lowry (ankle) will be a game-time decision against the 76ers on Saturday. Lowry is no longer wearing a walking boot and continues to receive treatment on the ankle. The former Rocket was off to a spectacular start before the injury and will be a must start in most leagues when he returns.

Kyle Lowry is dealing with a low ankle sprain rather than a high ankle sprain. Lowry has shed his walking boot, he received treatment prior to Wednesday's game, and it sounds like he'll be back on the court sooner than later. He was off to a fantastic start, averaging 18.3 points, 6.3 assists and 5.8 rebounds to go along with 3.0 steals a game.

Kyle Lowry (right ankle sprain) is no longer wearing his protective walking boot. This isn't earth-shattering news since most ankle sprains don't require a walking boot, but it's certainly a positive for a guy that has been receiving a lot of treatment from the training staff. The Villanova product should still be viewed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Sixers. If Lowry is out, Jose Calderon would get the start again.

Kyle Lowry (ankle) will not play on Wednesday, as expected. Jose Calderon will draw the start for Lowry. The Raptors are calling Lowry day-to-day, and he will be reassessed daily. We have a feeling that Lowry could miss more than just Wednesday's game, so owners looking for a short-term boost in assists would be wise to add Calderon.

Kyle Lowry (sprained ankle) will receive more treatment on Wednesday, and he's not expected to play against the Mavericks. The Raptors are saying that Lowry was placed in a walking boot as a "precaution," but he'll receive more treatment on Wednesday and will likely be reevaluated after that. Although there is no firm timetable for his return, Toronto is listing him day-to-day. We should have a clearer outlook on exactly how much time he'll before long. Jose Calderon will start at PG for however long Lowry is unable to play.

Kyle Lowry will be listed as doubtful to play against the Mavericks on Wednesday. Lowry is receiving treatment, which is better than just keeping his right ankle iced and elevated, but it doesn't sound like he will play tonight at Dallas. We'd be mildly surprised to see him play at home against the Sixers on Saturday, as well. It appears that he avoided a major injury when he rolled the ankle after stepping on Serge Ibaka's foot Tuesday night, but the ankle will surely swell up overnight and owners will want to keep a close eye on updates from here on out. Barring a miraculous recovery, expect Jose Calderon to start at PG at Dallas.

Jose Calderon said he and his teammates were relieved to learn that Kyle Lowry's sprained right ankle is "nothing big." "Just a quick twist, nothing to be alarmed of," Calderon went on to say. It all depends on your definition of "nothing big," but it does sound like Lowry avoided a major injury here. But the way he reacted just after the injury, along with replays and the fact he left the arena in a walking boot, cause us to suspect that he'll be questionable for the remainder of the week, at best. We should have more information on Wednesday.
