Hinrich (toe) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Hornets, KC Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hinrich has played in only one of the Bulls' four games this season, logging five minutes against the Nets on Wednesday. While he's been bothered by the toe issue, he was likely to see a reduced role regardless, as Chicago appears to be comfortable with E'Twaun Moore and Aaron Brooks backing up Derrick Rose.

Hinrich (toe) is out for Sunday night's game against the Magic, Nick Friedell of ESPNChicago.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hinrich missed a portion of the preseason due to a toe injury, and it appears that the injury has re-aggravated itself. The 34-year-old has only played five minutes in one game this season, so his absence tonight will be nothing new for the Bulls. The severity of the injury is still unknown.

Hinrich (foot) returned to the court Monday against the Hornets, playing 19 minutes before fouling out.
EDGE Analysis
In addition to racking up the fouls, Hinrich shot poorly from the field, finishing with just two points (1-6 FG, 0-3 3Pt). The 13-year veteran has been a favorite of coaches throughout his career for his steady play, but he's best suited for a backup role off the bench at this point. That said, Hinrich could still get the starting nod at point guard on opening night over fellow reserve Aaron Brooks if Derrick Rose (orbital) is not ready to play by that time.

Hinrich won't be participating in Wednesday's preseason game against the Pistons as he deals with a foot injury, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Bulls are likely erring on the side of caution by resting Hinrich and for the time being the guard isn't in danger of missing action when it matters. His next opportunity to play will be Monday against the Hornets.

Hinrich (toe) made his preseason debut Thursday against the Nuggets, contributing three assists and three rebounds but no points.
EDGE Analysis
Hinrich's toe injury was always viewed as minor, so it wasn't a surprise that he was back on the court in short order. The veteran guard is slated to see reserve minutes behind Derrick Rose this season.

EDGE Analysis
Hinrich has been nursing an ankle injury, and will sit out for what is most likely a precautionary measure during the Bulls' preseason game against the Bucks.

Hinrich has exercised his $2.8 million player option to remain with the Bulls next season, RealGM.com reports. Hinrich will see out the two-year deal he signed with the Bulls last summer, but is coming off career-lows in points (5.7), rebounds (1.8) and assists (2.2) per game. Clearly toward the latter stage in his career, Hinrich offers veteran depth for Chicago, but his days of being a real impact player in fantasy circles appear to have passed.

Hinrich played in 66 games for the Bulls this season and averaged 5.7 points, 1.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.9 three-pointers a game. This was the worst season of Hinrich's career as he set career-lows in points, rebounds and assists. He shot only 37.3 percent from the field and 70.0 percent from the charity stripe. Hinrich heads into the summer with a $2.87 million player option and it's unlikely he can get more than that if he goes out on the open market, so it wouldn't be surprising if he exercises that option. While he is a solid defender and a veteran presence off the bench, he won't carry much fantasy value again next season.

Hinrich (knee) came off the bench for six minutes in Thursday's Game 3 against the Bucks. He finished with one missed shot and a steal in his box score. Game 3 went into double overtime so obviously the Bulls were are bit reserved with Hinrich's playing time since he has previously been off the court for the past six games. He's in line to play in Game 4 on Saturday but his workload will likely resemble Game 3 as he he continues to recover from a hyperextended left knee.

Hinrich (knee) said that he'll play Wednesday at Milwaukee, the Chicago Tribune reports. Hinrich was absent from the Bulls' last four games due to a hyperextended left knee. However, after coming out of morning shootaround and pregame warmups unscathed, he'll seemingly act as the fifth guard, which could place a damper on his eventual workload.
