The Rockets are reportedly making a "hard push" to convince Lionel Hollins to join Kevin McHale's coaching staff as an assistant. Hollins has been waiting for another head coaching opportunity to open up and he may not accept an offer from the Rockets until the Lakers and Cavaliers fill their vacant positions. In his last stint as a head coach with the Grizzlies from 2010-2013, Hollins compiled a combined 143-87 record for an impressive .622 win percentage.
