Richardson (leg) will not require surgery on his partially torn right MCL, Ira Winderman of South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
After receiving the diagnosis Friday of the torn ligament in his knee, the 22-year-old got a dose of good news that he will avoid going under the knife. He will, however, have to avoid bearing weight on the injured area for at least two weeks. The current timetable for the second-year guard is currently sitting at 6-8 weeks.
