Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo said he wasn't sure if Kyle Lowry was ever fully healthy this season. Lowry has developed a reputation as a bulldog, but it's always some kind of nagging injury that holds him back during the season, and that was especially true after he had offseason surgery before debuting in Toronto. He dealt with a few different things this season and wound up playing in 68 games. Colangelo also revealed that the two sides aren't having any conversations regarding a contract extension at this time.
