Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov quickly denied a report that he may be interested in selling the franchise he purchased in 2010. Yahoo! Sports reported that the Russian billionaire was "listening to offers," but one hour later Prokhorov released a statement that he has "no interest in selling." The basic principles of negotiation would require him to deny interest, of course, but for now this appears to be more of a rumor than a legitimate story.
