Kyle Lowry left Wednesday's game in obvious pain, holding his right elbow and sprinting to the locker room in the third quarter. He hurt his arm on an awkward pass and possibly hit Kurt Thomas on the follow-through. Given his expression and how quickly he exited, his return is very much in question. Now let's hope it's not a serious injury. If it is, Goran Dragic will become the new starting point guard, and will be worth owning in many leagues.
