Kyle Lowry left Tuesday's game in the second quarter after stepping on Serge Ibaka's foot and suffering a sprained right ankle. He put no weight on the ankle as he left and was laying on the floor groaning out in pain until being attended to by team doctors. There's no way to know how severe the injury is, but it didn't look good and he will not return to the game. Based on his reaction we're guessing this could be a severe sprain and he could miss significant time. Jose Calderon will run the offense for as long as Lowry is out. This is a real tough break for owners, as Lowry was playing as well as anyone in the league through Week 1.
