Kyle Lowry is facing a misdemeanor battery charge for an alleged incident from over the summer. Lowry declined to comment on the report which states that he threw a basketball at a female referee after a game in September. Lowry reportedly apologized, and said that he let his emotions get the better of him. He has been issued a summons to appear in court in Las Vegas on February 2, 2012.
