Kyle Lowry (illness) is still hospitalized with a high fever, but his health has improved. Lowry will not play on Saturday or Sunday and sounds doubtful to play Tuesday in Oklahoma City. Goran Dragic is dealing with a minor foot issue but should be a fine spot-start while Lowry is out of commission.
