Harper will sign a second 10-day deal with the Pistons on Friday, Keith Langlois of Pistons.com reports.

Harper has appeared sparingly in three games while on his first 10-day deal, but the Pistons have apparently been impressed enough with what they've seen to keep the Richmond product around for at least another week-and-a-half. Once this second contract expires, Detroit will either have to release Harper or sign him for the remainder of the season.
