Gordon will shift back to the bench Wednesday against the Nuggets, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports.

With James Harden and Trevor Ariza out of the lineup Sunday in Phoenix, Gordon made his 14th start of the season, playing 37 minutes and finishing with 22 points, six rebounds, five assists and three blocks. Neither Ariza nor Harden are listed on the injury report Wednesday,however, so the expectation is that Gordon will move back to the bench, while Troy Williams remains in the starting lineup with Clint Capela, Ariza, Harden and Patrick Beverley.
