Moore managed 20 points (11-14 FG, 1-3 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists and one steal across 35 minutes in Monday's 112-109 win over the Pistons.

EDGE Analysis

The seven-year veteran bounced back from a rough start to the new calendar year with his second-best shooting effort of the season. Moore's marksmanship has been on another level in the current campaign, as he's now posted an impressive six games with 72.7 percent shooting or better, including a season-best 85.7 percent success rate against the Trail Blazers back on Dec. 2. The considerably improved accuracy has led to a career-high 54.6 percent figure from the field over his first 39 contests, including a personal best 45.6 percent from behind the arc. Considering he's churning out new high-water marks in scoring (13.2) and rebounds (2.7) as well, Moore has to qualify as one of the bigger fantasy surprises of the season, especially factoring in that he shares the floor with the high-usage trio of DeMarcus Cousins, Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday.

Moore provided 16 points (5-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-5 FT), three assists, one rebound and one steal across 35 minutes in Friday's 128-120 loss to the Mavericks.

EDGE Analysis

Although teammates Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins once again dominated on the offensive end, Moore rode a third straight strong shooting night to a productive outing. The veteran guard has double-digit scoring efforts in four of his last five games and carries a blistering 59.4 percent success rate from the field in December -- including 58.7 percent from three-point range -- into Saturday's contest against the Knicks.

Moore offered 20 points (8-11 FG, 4-5 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists and one steal across 38 minutes in Wednesday's 128-113 win over the Nets.

EDGE Analysis

With Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins and Jrue Holiday combining for 55 shot attempts and 83 points, Moore played more of a complementary role. However, he still managed to reach the 20-point mark on just 11 shot attempts of his own, reaching double digits in the scoring column for the third time in the last four games and sixth time in the last eight. Despite sharing the floor with the aforementioned high-usage trio, Moore has generated solid averages of 16.5 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 13 December contests.

Moore provided four points (2-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist and one steal across 40 minutes in Friday's 117-111 loss to the Nuggets.

EDGE Analysis

Moore had been supplying some eye-popping numbers on the offensive end in recent games, as he'd scored in double digits in seven of his previous nine contests while shooting between 50.0 and 85.7 percent in those games. His numbers took a dive across the stat sheet Friday, however, with the veteran's scoring tally his lowest since Nov. 4. Given the sky-high usage rates of teammates Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins -- and to a lesser extent, Jrue Holiday -- Moore's contributions are bound to fluctuate to an extent, but he remains a serviceable source of rebounds and assists even when his scoring sees a downturn.

Moore exploded for 36 points (15-20 FG, 6-8 3Pt), three rebounds, and three assists in 42 minutes during Monday's 130-123 loss to the Rockets.

EDGE Analysis

Moore was a man on a mission, finishing with career highs in scoring and threes. He is on a tear this month, posting 19.4 points per game (on 62.1 percent from the field) and 3.6 treys (on 67.6 percent) through seven December showdowns. Anthony Davis (groin) has missed four of the seven games this month, which has undoubtedly been a factor in Moore's breakout. Nevertheless, there should still be plenty of shots to go around once Davis comes back since the team prefers an uptempo style of play.

Moore finished with 27 points 11-18 FG, 5-6 3Pt, 0-1 FT), six rebounds, two assists and one steal in 37 minutes during Monday's 125-115 loss to the Warriors.

EDGE Analysis

Moore continues to impress, as he received another start at the small forward position. Although he has a couple of dud games, he has been very consistent over the last month, scoring in double figures in 10 out of his last 13 games. The Pelicans could be without Anthony Davis for a period of time, so they are going to need all the scoring they can get. He has played over 35 minutes per game over the last three outings, and this is likely to hold for the foreseeable future. He is worth an add in standard leagues if you are in need of points and three-pointers with some steals thrown in.

Moore is starting at small forward Saturday against the Trail Blazers, Jim Eichenhofer of the Pelicans' official site reports.

EDGE Analysis

The Pelicans are dealing with several injuries, which has given Moore an opportunity for extra playing time. He's coming off an 18-point (7-11 FG, 4-6 3Pt) night Friday when he played a season-high 36 minutes in a loss to the Jazz.

Moore tallied 18 points (7-11 FG, 4-6 3Pt), four assists, one rebound, one steal and one block across 36 minutes in Friday's 114-108 loss to the Jazz.

EDGE Analysis

Moore continues to draw starts at small forward and has shown some decent upside, with Saturday's game marking his eighth over the last 11 with double-digit scoring. The seven-year pro drained a quartet of threes for the second time in the last three games Friday while shooting 60.0 percent or better for the third time in the last seven contests. Factoring in Friday's production, he's sporting career highs in made field goals (4.9), shot attempts (9.6), shooting percentage (50.7), rebounds (2.4) and scoring (11.5) over his first 22 games.

Moore will start at small forward for Monday's game against the Thunder, Will Guillory of the Times-Picayune reports.

EDGE Analysis

Moore is no stranger to the starting five, as he already logged 14 starts at shooting guard this season when Rajon Rondo was out with injury. In those 14 starts, he averaged 11.7 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists across 31.5 minutes. That said, he's actually been more effective in a bench role, so it wouldn't be surprising if there wasn't much of a change in Moore's overall production despite the promotion.

Moore scored 16 points (7-11 FG, 2-3 3Pt) while adding three assists, two rebounds and a steal in 27 minutes off the bench during Friday's 146-114 loss to the Nuggets.

EDGE Analysis

The 28-year-old has stayed productive since shifting to the bench two games ago to accommodate the return of Rajon Rondo, but without a consistent 30-plus minutes a night it could be hard for Moore to maintain his career-best scoring pace, even as the primary outside threat on the Pelicans' second unit.
